Recently john abraham got hurt when he was shooting for David Dhawan’s upcoming movie hook ya crook. instead of taking rest as doctor advised him he started shooting for his movie the very next day and also attented the screen and lion club awards. he was seen checking his damage several times as he was sitting on the first raw of the awards function.

David Dhawan confirms the incident, “We were shooting an action scene where John had to slide down a 20-foot pole. He slipped and gashed his leg badly on the pole. But he behaved as if nothing had happened, completed the shot and only went home after completing his work for the day. He refused to take any medication on the sets and said he would go to doctor later. John is a very nice guy and thorough professional. Now he’s shooting with me for the next three months”.

John also admits the same, “Yes the gash was bleeding a bit at the Screen awards but its normal for us actors to have these small accidents while shooting. It’s all part and parcel of a film shooting and we are not supposed to complain. David has been very cooperative and I wouldn’t say or do anything to stall his shoot. I am loving shooting for this comedy film. Though we are shooting actions sequences it’s more fun than action.”
