Rakhi sawant has recently engaged with her reality show winner elesh who is a businessman in canada. rakhi sawant revealed that she has not been in touch with him for few days. she talks about him and says.

Rakhi says, “I have met Elesh just twice after the show. Once we went out for a coffee and next when he came over to my house on Sunday for a party I had thrown for friends. I hardly know him well enough. How can I say he is the one for me?”

“Elesh had a string of affairs, and none of them lasted more than a year. He also said he loses interest in women very quickly. It’s scary for me, especially after I have gone through a broken relationship. I don’t want to be heart broken again,” Rakhi says carefully. “Though Elesh says he loves me, I need my time to decide”.

Moreover, the contestant who came for my show were such cheapsters, hungry for publicity that it left me disillusioned about love and men.”

Rakhi looks very happy after her engagement with elesh. it seems after finding a perfect match for her she is very satisfied and she has forgiven her ex boy friend abhishek. but she really does not want to forgive her mother.

She says, “I completely forgive Abhishek Awasthi. I was very surprised to know that he showed up on Sunday for my scheduled wedding. Surprised and touched. If I knew, I’d have welcomed him. Yesterday, he was my boyfriend. Today, he’s my friend.”

Talking about her mother she says, “Please, all that nautanki on television for five minutes can’t take away the pain I’ve gone through. As far as I’m concerned that chapter of my life is closed.”

Moving on to Elesh she says,”I was all set to marry Elesh on Sunday. But it was Elesh who said he wanted more time to get to know me. I’m very confident of him. But if he needs more time to
get to know me, how can I force myself on him? I’m ready to wait as long as he wants.”

While Elesh is a Canadian businessman Rakhi is not going to shift to Canada, she says, “I’m completely sure Elesh is the man for me. But I do have a career in Mumbai. So he’ll have to plan our future accordingly.”

A source says, “Romance was high in the air as Rakhi and Parujanwala said ‘I Love You’ to each other while exchanging rings and vows during the glittering ceremony attended by the boy’s family members, besides noted choreographer Saroj Khan and celebrities from the TV world.

When asked why Rakhi chose Elesh over other finalists Manas and Chittiz, she said, “Elesh is honest.”

Rakhi before the engagement ceremony had said in an interview, “I’m not getting married, now. I’m selecting someone from the show to be my life partner. It’s more of an engagement.”

Finally rakhi sawant is going to turn in mrs on aug 2nd. but she refused to quit her work and join the guy. she also would not like her husband to become a ‘gharjamai’ that is why toronto based  entrepreneur Elesh Parujanwala has decided to move to mumbai just for rakhi.

Speaking about his future plans, Elesh said, “There won’t be any need for a long-distance marriage, or for Rakhi to join me in Toronto. I’ve already shifted a part of my business from Toronto to Mumbai and I intend to stay put in Mumbai for a very long time.”

On his taking part in this reality show, Elesh explains, “At first I was skeptical. In fact I initially expressed my misgivings to the program’s creators. I didn’t want my children to one day ask me why I married their mom on a game show. But I’m glad I came on ‘Rakhi Ka Swayamvar’. It isn’t a game, though it may be a show being watched by millions. For Rakhi and for me it’s a matter of life and death.”

”I used to watch Rakhi Sawant in her films and her music videos. At that time I never thought I’d one day be asking her hand for marriage. Life is funny,” he laughs.

Apparently, Rakhi’s brother Ravi Kishan helped and guided her in choosing Elesh over and above other contestants. Says Ravi Kishan, “Elesh always stood out. And I told Rakhi this. The less said about some of the other contestants the better. One of them Manmohan Tiwari had so much attitude, it was almost like he was trying to be the small screen’s Ravi Kishan. Sadly the channel encouraged him to behave the way he did, arguing that it enhanced the TRPs. He behaved very badly with Rakhi. He had a girlfriend tucked away all the time. Why was he wooing Rakhi then? I told her Elesh was the best guy for her.”

“I haven’t done any cosmetic surgery. It’s my new way of doing make-up. I attended a course in London which taught me how to do the right make-up. I have decided to go for the clean natural look as opposed to the heavy make-up I used to wear before. That’s why I am looking different.”

Aditya had specifically chosen Rakhi for the lead role of his film, “I saw her on Koffee With Karan. I saw the appeal in her eyes. I fell for her the way all of India fell for her. I saw the emotion in her heart, which was begging to come out. I felt my script had similar feelings. So I went to her the next day and begged her to listen to my script.She read the script and by the fifth page, she had tears in her eyes. She said this was her story and then she hugged me.”
